Returns Policy


How do I return an item?

We guarantee quality in every item we sell. If our product does not meet your expectations, we will be glad to exchange it, replace it, or refund the purchase price within
30 days of purchase if purchased online. The Pewter Lady will not refund or exchange pieces damaged due to improper care of your product.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

All items must be returned in the original packaging and boxes in which they were sent.  Shipping will not be reimbursed by The Pewter Lady.


We ship using FedEx.  Generally, the items you order will go out the following day.  During the Show Season in the Fall, it may take a few more days to be shipped.
