Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and personal checks. Please note: checks must be received before your order will be shipped. Please be aware that some items may be out of stock by the time your payment reaches us. Unfortunately, we are unable to hold merchandise until your payment is received.

Shipping
In most cases, all orders are processed within the week. Your order will be carefully packed and shipped via UPS. If you are sending a gift, make sure you specify the correct address, as UPS will charge an additional fee if a change in address is made. Please be certain you are sending your gift to the preferred address to avoid additional charges.

Tracking an Order
You can call our office and speak to a customer service representative at 713.977.9990 to check on the status of your order. You can also reach us via email. Be sure to include your invoice number.

Returns
We guarantee every item we sell. We will happily replace, exchange or refund your original method of payment to meet your satisfaction.  Shipping charges are refunded on defective merchandise only. Please include your packing slip and indicate the reason for your return. The Pewter Lady will not refund or exchange pieces damaged due to improper care of product.
